At Lab-Gear we believe in traditional sizing so you know exactly what you get. No ambiguous S, M, L and XL, we use measurement-based sizes so you can take out a tape measure and get it right.

For tops we use an overall chest size, labeled in inches:

    * 38″ (96cm)
    * 40″ (102cm)
    * 42″ (107cm)
    * 44″ (112cm)

How do you measure this? Take a tape measure and run it around your chest at nipple height. Don’t pull the tape too tight, just a firm pressure.

All of our long sleeve tops have a little extra length in the sleeve as it’s always better to be a tad longer than too short.

On bottoms, we use the same system for our waist measures:

    * 30″ (76cm)
    * 32″ (81cm)
    * 34″ (86cm)
    * 36″ (91cm)

Measuring your waist? Take a tape measure and run it around your waist at the top of your pelvic bone. Don’t pull the tape too tight, just a firm pressure.

As our measures are true, you can be assured that if you measure yourself correctly, or already know your true measurements, when you buy your size from us it will fit correctly.
