Women’s sizing….. it’s frustrating for women and even more so for people like us trying to size kit for them. Yes there are standards, in every country, but very few brands actually follow them, making one wonder why there are standards at all!

Our solution was, yes, to ditch the standard sizing system and devise our own. Doing this ensured us that the sizes we advertise are 100% correct but are unable to be referenced against something you might already have by tag alone - a size SM tag might be 5 or more different things depending on who made it and where.

The 99 sizing system provides you with key measurements that you can use to either measure yourself against, or better still, use to benchmark items you might already own. The diagram above shows how we measure these key dimensions, so if you do the same, either on yourself or on an item in your wardrobe, you’ll be assured when your 99 order arrives, it will fit as expected with no unpleasant surprises.

Below is what the 99 sizing charts look like. If you don’t see a size that fits, contact us and we usually can do a pattern that will.
