You may have noticed, ordering Lab-Gear is not like ordering any other kit you may have done before. As most product we make is made to order (unless it's 'Single Serve' aka pre-made) we have arranged our processes so we batch run all orders for the week together, allowing us to streamline production.

As a result we process Meccanica orders once a week, every Friday at 9am local time (approx. Thursday 4pm WST/ 7pm EST in the US, and Thursday 12am in London). This means that if you order on the following Monday, we will not process and begin your order until the Friday of that week.

It sounds complicated but all it means is that you have until (our) Friday morning each week to play around and make up your mind on just which bit of kit you want!

'Single Serve' and Junior* items are pre-made and are dispatched within a few days.

*If a print is added to a Junior item, a few days will be added to the dispatch time.
