Something new this way comes.

Everyone likes coffee and baked goods, if you don’t you’re lying! So we at Lab-Gear decided to enlist the help of our renegade kit designer - ‘Mig Pilot’,  to review establishments he visits in search of the ultimate combination of coffee and baked goods. Don’t expect the reviews to be fair or partial, these will be unabashed personal opinions about places around Sydney, and further afield, that offer to take his hard earned cash in exchange for that unique combination that we all love so much.

We all love those great pics on the front of food packages (or even TV junk food adverts) that show us mouth watering delights. When you get it home though and prep it, the sad reality is often far from what sold you on it.

Pundo3000.com (don’t ask us, it’s a Euro thing) did a great comparison.

One has to admire lateral thinking and we love the idea of recycling. When you see something like this you realise that the whole recycle thing is just starting, all it takes are people to start thinking about things differently.

Bordbar takes the humble, used, airline food trolly warts and all, and recycles them to become a rather useful bit of furniture. Select from their range of graphics (or supply your own), then configure it with draws and shelfs, the Bordbar trolly could be just the thing to fill that difficult corner and being on wheels, you can shunt it around where you need it.

It’s a very clever use of something that otherwise might end up in a scarp yard, which would be a waste of the energy and resources that went into making it in the first place.
