: ‘The Scar’ park development

Queanbeyan Council have been hard at work developing concept designs for a new dedicated Dirt Jump and Pump Track facility. The design looks to have the potential for some future XC trails to be added on. The trails feature areas of varying skill and difficulty ensuring that everyone will have something to challenge them.

To assist in developing what looks to be a great facility, the Council is looking for comments from riders of all abilities to ensure that this park will meet its objectives of having something for everyone.

To comment, go to the forum [here] and leave your thoughts. These will be passed onto the Council. Comments are needed in the next two weeks.

1. This is an awesome idea. Good on ya Queanbeyan Council good to see some councils are with the times. I hope it goes a head because everyone from Canberra will be in Queanbeyan riding.

2. this looks so cool i have been waiting for something like this to be created for all us jumpers. i will be down there as soon as its made to try it out and have a heck of a fun time
